Founded in 1859 in Fougerolles, the cradle of fruit-flavoured eaux-de-vie and the Kirsch capital, the Paul Devoille distillery produces a wide range of eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, absinthes, creams, aperitifs, pastis, and Morello cherries and fruits in eau-de-vie.
The distillery controls the process with great care, from the rigorous selection of the fruits used to the fermentation, distillation, ageing in glass demijohns in attic storerooms, blending and bottling.
Quality and authenticity are the watchwords at this distillery, whose products regularly receive awards at many different international competitions. Our guided tours give you a chance to learn about that expertise.
In 2015, the Paul Devoille distillery was awarded the Living Heritage Business label, awarded by the State to companies with historic expertise and heritage.
