Featuring a typical and traditional setting, in a reconstructed farm setting, L'Assiette du Coq à l'Âne is a restaurant featuring local produce.


L’Assiette du Coq à l’Âne received a Bib Gourmand awarded by the Michelin Guide, a distinction that rewards restaurants offering the best value for money to their customers. Since the summer 2012, the Restaurant l’Assiette du Coq à l’Ane has a roast for tasty meat lovers and offers local specialties, hot munster salad, pâté en crout, sauerkraut or hamburger of the lumberjack.


The maximum capacity of the restaurant is 90 seats. It is open every day for lunch and dinner, both for individual guests and for groups (reservation required). Origins and virtues of our local products “FORÉ: The Vosges effect” is an innovative product brand inspired by a method of tree resourcing: sylvotherapy. These products are used for the composition of certain typical dishes offered at L’Assiette du Coq à l’Ane or for certain rituals and massages at the Les Chênes Blancs spa. Recall that the spa is open to the outside clientele.
