We offer your taste buds an authentic, traditional menu, best enjoyed in abundance. From classics such as goulash, baeckeoffe or head of veal with gribiche sauce, to fine tarts and pies, not forgetting trout and game (sometimes caught by Valérie, our chef) prepared with such originality and generosity that they have become the speciality of the house.
