About

With its Russian-inspired furnishings, crystal chandeliers and carefully nuanced décor with an emphasis on carmine red, the Pavillon Pétrus combines tasteful surroundings with fine-tasting food. It’s wide bay window offers a wonderful view of the grounds.

Claude Remy named the restaurant after the famous Bordeaux Grand Cru as a tribute to his family heritage.Pétrus (the Russian for Peter) was the name given to his grandfather, and now his son. In homage to prestigious family name, the Pavillon Pétrus has a wine list with nearly 600 items. “If you’re ready to eat, Pétrus is ready for you!”, as Claude Remy’s grandfather used to say.

The Pavillon Pétrus has been awarded 3 Forks by the Michelin Guide.
Chef Thierry Longo was crowned Maître Cuisinier de France in March 2012.
