Founded in 1986, in the village’s former coaching inn, the Eaux-de-Vie museum presents all kinds of objects and documents associated with distillation in former times and today:
Major collections about absinthe and aniseed flavoured spirits, old advertising posters, alcohol meters, filters, vats, bottle moulds, glass demijohns etc..

The visit ends with a pleasant tasting of products from our distillery.

Free entry. Free tour and free tasting.
Open every day, all year round (except 25 December):
9am-12 noon and 2pm-6pm
Groups: guided tour with commentary by arrangement.
